This is a position as a senior financial professional who will work closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple legal entities, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial data.
  • Produce detailed analytics and trend data to support the review and validation of financial results, helping to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with corporate requirements and policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts for various legal entities, providing valuable insights and supporting the audit process.
  • Respond promptly to queries from colleagues, demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to centralised financial processes and operations for the EMEA region, fostering a collaborative environment and driving process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Financial Control Team to implement standardised process enhancements, promoting efficiency and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise to systems and business projects as required, leveraging knowledge and skills to drive business success.
  • Work effectively with Finance teams across different locations, building relationships and promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant (preferably ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience in a multi-currency financial services environment.
  • Strong background in corporate financial control, with a solid understanding of accounting, reporting, and financial control requirements, as well as statutory and audit regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, both regionally and globally, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of numeracy and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and drive positive outcomes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders across multiple locations, with a strong track record of effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), with a strong foundation in IT skills and a desire to learn and grow.
