**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Supervisor to join our team at EPS Group. As an Operational Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of operators, craftspeople, and operational scientists across various drinking water and wastewater treatment plants in the Clare/Galway regions.
The role requires a strong understanding of the water treatment process, contractual, and compliance requirements of DBO contracts. You will be responsible for excellent time management and flexibility, as well as being self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage routine operational, maintenance, and process activities at treatment plants and associated pumping stations.
- Ensure contractual requirements are met to produce positive outcomes for EPS and the client.
- Responsible for managing routine process monitoring to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness of O&M contracts.
- Available to guide and direct on-call teams to ensure contractual compliance and cost-effective solutions in out-of-hours environments.
