We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.

  • This is a newly created position that will report into the Operations Director and will work closely with a team of 4, with two direct reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic campaigns for major clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact and advisor.
  • Fostering account growth through proactive opportunity spotting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Mentoring a small, high-performing account team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in account management within experiential, events, or related marketing fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing senior client relationships and driving commercial growth.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial and creative instincts.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines, and have a solid understanding of financial tracking and ROI analysis.
