Translation Opportunities:

Our organization seeks an experienced Norwegian translator to provide translation services for internal clients across various departments. The selected candidate will be responsible for translating educational, promotional, and service-oriented content from English into Norwegian.

The Translation Role:

  • Translate a wide range of materials, including financial, marketing, legal, and educational materials.
  • Collaborate with in-house colleagues and external vendors to ensure high-quality translations.
  • Develop tone and language style guides for each market serviced.
  • Establish terminology bases for the target language.
  • Review translated material to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
  • A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in translation, editing, or content production.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools, TMS technology, and translation practices is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
