Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Expert Dispute Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our commercial dispute resolution team. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising corporate clients on commercial disputes, including Commercial Court cases.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with a strong understanding of High Court procedure. Experience in a wide range of commercial disputes is essential, and experience in administrative or planning litigation, or restructuring, would be an advantage.
In this role, you will work closely with our Partners to support the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients. You will be expected to work independently, progress your own files, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising corporate clients on commercial disputes to include Commercial Court cases.
- Advising corporate clients on strategy, including, litigation, mediation and arbitration.
- Good understanding of High Court procedure.
- Experience in a wide range of commercial disputes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.
- 2-5 years' PQE.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a timely fashion, independently and progress own files.
