Role Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled sales assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of our store.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll be part of a close-knit team, working together to achieve excellent results.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience through effective communication, product knowledge, and providing a seamless shopping experience.

  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a well-organized store, including receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock, as well as maintaining accurate pricing and inventory levels.
  • Deliver a prompt, friendly, and efficient service at checkout points, processing transactions, handling customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a keen eye for detail.

A strong passion for fashion, combined with good organizational skills and a positive attitude, will enable you to excel in this position.

Experience in a similar retail environment would be beneficial, but we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
