Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Intracompany Services Program Manager II - Analyst. This position involves supporting the global team in delivering holistic ICAMS services, focusing on regional regulatory compliance for technology services provided via intercompany agreements (ICAs) to regulated entities.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with knowledge of regional regulatory landscapes, standards, and frameworks impacting technology services.
The selected individual will work collaboratively across the organization, building trust and developing excellent relationships with stakeholders. They will also be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed and reporting any suspected security violations or breaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Project management skills to ensure timely delivery
- Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating globally
- Ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data
- Strong analytical skills coupled with systematic creative thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Good sense of "customer service" and working collaboratively across the organization
