About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working one-on-one with children who have complex needs in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in providing high-quality nursing care to children with diverse requirements and be able to work independently, using their initiative to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized nursing care to children with complex needs
  • Manage medications, seizures, and other medical conditions as required
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Perform CPR and first aid when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the relevant Nursing Board
  • Previous experience in working with children who have complex needs
