Customer Experience Specialist - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be expected to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets through building a rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to quality & compliance metrics.

The role consists of working with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing customer leads that are provided daily. You will work with some of the most prestigious and well-known companies in the world and be provided with comprehensive sales and product training, as well as mentorship and coaching from management & senior representatives.

This is a fully productive role, combining calls (cold and warm) plus emails, with a pipeline management of a minimum of 200 managed opportunities and/or up to 1000 automated outreach opportunities. You will be required to provide daily and weekly reporting to Operations Team Leader on pipeline and sales progress, as well as forecasting on sales volumes on a weekly & monthly basis.

You will also be responsible for ecommerce research and self-prospecting, account administration & record keeping, maintaining data hygiene and quality, and adopting a consultative / solution selling approach to calls. Additionally, you will assist clients with the integration of new payment solutions on their websites and adhere to quality & compliance metrics.

In return, we offer 3 weeks initial training, 1:1 support for the first live month from a Performance Specialist, weekly coaching sessions for the first 3 months, moving to bi-weekly thereafter, and a target-free commission payout to allow time to get comfortable in your new role.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (C2 level)
  • Minimum of 1 Year experience within Sales or Call Centre Role to be considered
  • Excellent computer skills including experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • A suitable remote working environment with a strong/stable private broadband connection essential
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred
  • Knowledge of eCommerce preferred
  • Target driven& self-accountable mindset
  • Outgoing and confident personality
