Job Description


The Ireland Benefits Manager will play a critical role in delivering and managing our flexible benefits program. This includes overseeing a wide range of benefit plans and policies that support the Bank's people strategy. The successful candidate will have expertise in health insurance contracts and risk principles, as well as experience in governance models for effective benefits management.


Responsibilities


The Ireland Benefits Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of benefits programs that support the Bank's broader HR and Benefits strategy. This includes oversight of the Bank's Flexible Benefits program - MyBenefitsChoices, as well as management of 20+ vendors delivering programs across life, accident, disability, and voluntary benefits. Effective vendor management will be a core responsibility, incorporating the review and renegotiation of contracts and renewal terms.


The successful candidate will also partner with third-party vendor management and information security teams to ensure vendors meet the bank's vendor terms and conditions.
