We are seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Reservations Supervisor to join our professional and friendly Food & Beverage Team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge.

As a Food & Beverage Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing reservations, developing relationships with guests, and contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with the team, maximising sales opportunities, and promoting a culture of anticipation and caring service.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
