As a key member of the Arrabawn team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of both the separation and butter-making departments.
About This RoleThis position involves taking ownership and accountability for departmental performance against agreed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have experience in a production role in a food processing environment and possess excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of processing and packing on shift to identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Working closely with the Production Manager and Operations Manager to achieve key operational KPIs.
- Monitoring process control points and taking action to optimise product specification while maximising line efficiencies and minimising waste.
