Product Development Engineer

The role of the Product Development Engineer is a critical one, responsible for driving product innovation and excellence across all stages of development. Key to this role is expertise in process validation, with a deep understanding of quality control strategies and technical risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process validation initiatives to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards, incorporating data-driven insights and statistical analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain ongoing verification of product processes, providing expert guidance on CPV implementation and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute protocols for cleaning validation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain meticulous records of product control strategies and technical risk assessments, conducting regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to develop training programs, implementing effective knowledge transfer and awareness-raising initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong background in process validation and quality control.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using SAP MERP platform an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
