Project Implementation Specialist

The Project Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our company's product introductions, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Aseptic Engineering, the Project Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordinating cross-functional project teams to deliver processing equipment on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project timelines and scopes.
  • Developing User Requirement Specifications.
  • Evaluating vendors and creating vendor evaluation matrices.
  • Writing Request for Change documents and participating in design review meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with ASME BPE 2019 Standard and relevant ISPE Guidelines.
  • Coordination of equipment installation and services hook up, working with vendors and engineering personnel.
  • Leading Factory Acceptance Testing programs.
  • Ensuring all equipment documentation requirements are met.
  • Commissioning equipment and providing engineering support during qualification.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industries with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong technical ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to operate in a multi-function project team setup.
  • Ability to articulate and deliver specific functional requirements for all aspects of the project and collaborate with team members from various disciplines.
