Job Description

This role involves handling reservations requests via phone, email, and online platforms. You will provide information about dining options and assist guests in selecting venues. Additionally, you will confirm and manage reservations accurately, liaise with restaurant managers and staff, coordinate special requests and dietary requirements, maintain and update the reservation system, and monitor reservation trends and provide reports.

 

Customer Service Skills:

You will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued.
