Job Description

The Logistics and Planning Administrator is responsible for the administration and coordination of all sales order activity from receipt through to delivery. This includes receiving and inputting all orders from customers and sales representatives in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring the orders system operates efficiently at all times.

This role requires strong organisational skills to manage multiple delivery schedules and maintain accurate records. A structured approach to ensure accurate data input and route planning minimising errors in delivery schedules and inventory management.

  • Liaise with production and supply chain personnel to ensure customer expectations and agreed delivery schedules are met.
  • Amend returned delivery dockets and returned stock on the system and prepare for invoicing.
  • Verify and validate customer addresses to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Update and maintain a database of accurate delivery locations.

A drive to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
