Job Overview

Rentokil Pest Control is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Rookie Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing our clients to the highest standard, providing expert advice and guidance on pest control solutions, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Main Responsibilities
  • To maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • To identify and address potential pest control issues, providing solutions and recommendations to clients.
  • To complete accurate reports and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A full clean driving license.
  • A keen interest in pest control and no phobias regarding heights or pests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to engage with customers, generating new business opportunities.
