Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation. They will also possess good organisational and planning skills, as well as analytical abilities to interpret sales data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a predetermined quantity of outlet visits per week aligned to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Achieve a predetermined minimum quantity of visit New Distribution Points aligned to client KPIs.
  • Negotiate and maintain increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client KPIs.
  • Contribute to other activities that generate return on investment.
Performance Metrics:
  • Defend share of space by ensuring key Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are available in chiller/Shelf/Display with the correct price displayed.
  • Ensure maximum outlet awareness of all existing products and new product launches via Point of Sale (POS), National and local activity.
  • Record and report all response data accurately via the data recording tool.
  • Provide weekly updates on wins with details and pictures to promote activity to the client.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Analytical, able to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Administrative and organisational skills.
  • IT literate.
