CPL is looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a sales representative for an international pharma supplier. This role involves working with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably in the pharma sector, and experience of working with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, identifying potential accounts, and soliciting new accounts. You will also provide technical information and explanations to customers, engage with existing customers, and qualified sales leads following the entire sales cycle from beginning to closing the sales process including point of order receipt. Additionally, you will provide customers with pricing information, create, and submit individualized quotations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluency in German (to C2 level) and English (to C1 level). A degree or relevant work experience in the pharma sector and sales skills business administration or similar discipline is required. Experience of selling to DACH-Market customers is a must. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as well as being dynamic, personable, self-motivated, and possessing a strong work ethic.
