The role of HR and Payroll Specialist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client.
This is a hybrid role, with the successful candidate being based in our facility 4 days per week.
The Role: Responsible for end-to-end processing of payrolls, including weekly and monthly payrolls with a large volume of employees.
Manage payroll queries and related documents, as well as T&A data collection and submission.
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures that govern time collection, payroll processing, and taxation.
Main point of contact for annual audits, both internal and external.
Administer relevant benefits, such as pension and health insurance.
Supporting Roles: Collaborate with HR partners, HRIT team, other HR departments, and managers to resolve queries and issues.
Execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives and HR strategy.
Ensure HR systems are up-to-date with accurate data and manage employee queries via case management tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume payroll transactions timely and accurately.
- Manage payroll-related documentation and communicate with employees and stakeholders.
- Collect and submit T&A data for payroll calculations.
- Stay updated on regulatory policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage annual audits and benefit administration.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification with 3+ years of payroll experience managing high-volume transactions.
- Ability to work independently and drive timely completion of payrolls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and right-first-time mindset.
- Payroll qualification a distinct advantage.
- Proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders.
