About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer success function, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and working closely with our teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Your primary goal will be to grow existing accounts and expand our reach into new markets. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of our software and its applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a strong focus on building long-term relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
