Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing of complex medical devices. This role involves providing technical expertise to ensure the production of high-reliability products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical/electronic assemblies, PCBs, and embedded systems.
  • Deliver solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (CAPA) for production issues.
  • Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns.
  • Participate in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for electrical manufacturing processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment, fixtures, and automated test systems used in production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with minimum 8 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably in the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, curve tracers, X-ray/CT for PCBA analysis).
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis in production settings.
  • Experience with supplier collaboration and component lifecycle management.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills; strong team player; experience in coaching and mentoring.
