- As a Rapid Responder Healthcare Assistant, you will provide short-notice care to clients while upholding our commitment to excellence.
Maintain a client-centric approach that prioritizes their well-being and interests. Regularly report significant changes in a client's condition to your Line Manager.
- Undertake personal and practical care duties with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide unwavering support while respecting each client's unique individuality.
- Collaborate effectively within the caregiving team, offering general support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- FETAC Level 5 Full Award or equivalent qualification.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, results focus, and ability to work independently.
- A caring and compassionate nature with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
