Restaurant Operations Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of our café and catering business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, overseeing planning and coordination, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

We are seeking a proactive leader who can motivate and support staff, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards.

A key part of this role is to coordinate catering bookings, menu planning, and logistics, as well as monitoring stock levels and supplier relations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in hospitality or catering management.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent onsite role based in Limerick.
