Assistant Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager in Dublin. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for delivering premium customer service, achieving targets, and driving commercial and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily store operations
  • Identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
  • Achieving targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Inspiring team members to deliver exceptional customer service through regular training and coaching
  • Implementing and maintaining effective operational processes, procedures, and administration
  • Supporting with recruitment and conducting performance reviews
  • Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level is essential
  • A passion for premium or luxury product is helpful but we are open to all retail backgrounds
  • A proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through your team
  • Highly visual with strong commercial product management skills
  • Ability to flex between customer service, operational, technical, and visual elements of the role
  • Confidence working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve team and individual goals
  • Great people management skills, capable of bringing out the best in your team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions
