Automation Systems Developer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Systems Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
This is a key role within the organization, requiring strong technical skills and knowledge of automation systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced automation solutions to support manufacturing processes.
- Design control strategies, recipes, modules, phases, and I/O configurations according to process and compliance requirements.
- Provide day-to-day support of automation systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for system- or process-related issues.
- Ensure all automation activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with industrial automation systems in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of batch control (ISA-88 / S88 standards).
- Experience with automation system design, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation.
