Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to install, commission and maintain manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be able to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission and maintain all manufacturing process and capital equipment
  • Maintain equipment to design standards and specifications
  • Operate and service building environmental control and energy management system
  • Analyse and present data regarding building environmental control and energy management issues
  • Determine and maintain quality assurance calibration scheme for field equipment associated with the building environment control and energy management system

About You:

Applicants should have time-served experience in electrical or mechanical discipline, with relevant experience in CNC machine tool and robotic systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment. An NVQ level 3 in mechatronics is also required. Familiarity with machine tool control systems and automated process plant including PLC control systems is essential. The ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a multi-discipline team is also necessary.
