We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Maintenance Administrator to join our client's team in Limerick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of vendors and statutory inspections, management of the statutory inspection register, and administration of service requests within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties:

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests.
  • Track the progress of service requests and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.
  • Receive, log, and prioritize service requests from various departments.
  • Maintain and update the statutory inspection register to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and arrange statutory inspections.
  • Document and report on inspection outcomes, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external vendors to facilitate maintenance activities and procure necessary resources.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements.
  • Assist Planners/Schedulers in the level loading of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure even distribution of workload.
  • Collaborate with maintenance planners/schedulers and technicians to optimize PM schedules.
  • Provide backup support to the CMMS Engineer as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and system maintenance within the CMMS.
  • Drive CMMS compliance improvement.
  • Utilize CMMS functionality to drive business process optimization Supporting LEAN initiative roll outs within maintenance as required.
