About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced VP, Clinical Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving the design and execution of our clinical development plans for all assets and ongoing or new indications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Clinical Development Plans: You will lead the development of GH's overall clinical development plan, ensuring it meets the highest standards of ethics, scientific merit, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Leading the Clinical Development Function: You will oversee the development of non-clinical, clinical pharmacology, early development, phase 3 development, and LCM activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Scientific Expertise: A strong understanding of current treatment paradigms and emerging therapeutic approaches for depression.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a non-clinical and clinical development function, managing related costs and resources.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of current regulatory processes and rules, with experience in regulatory strategy related to psychiatric disorders.
