As a seasoned Physical Design Leader, you will spearhead the physical design team in creating new designs for our organization. You must be meticulous about Power, Performance, and Area while balancing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary technical contact for your focus area
  • Proactively collaborate with peers in technology and design reviews
  • Quantify impacts of technology issues in design reviews
  • Represent the CPU Cores to executive management from a technical perspective
  • Work cross-functionally across the CPU Cores team to identify and assess complex technical issues/risks, and develop solutions
  • Work closely with Design teams for Area and Floorplan refinement, Timing targets, Power targets

We seek a seasoned Physical Design Leader with expertise in Microprocessor Design and Design Techniques. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated through technical publications, presentations, trainings, executive briefings, etc.

You excel at collaboration among top thinkers and engineers alike, ready to mentor and guide, and help elevate the knowledge and skills of the team around you.
