Transfer Pricing Role Overview

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Transfer Pricing structures and overseeing Transfer Pricing disputes in multiple territories.">

The Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. ">
  2. Leading major global client relationships in relation to international Transfer Pricing matters.">
  3. Managing and assisting in the development of strategy design and implementation.">
  4. Review and design of Transfer Pricing policies.">
  5. Assist in APAs (Advanced Pricing Agreements), value intangible assets and provide a defence of transfer pricing in audits where appropriate.">
  6. Business development both internally and externally.">
  7. Lead and manage a team of staff.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and ideally a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.">
  • 4+ years' Transfer Pricing experience with exposure to advisory work.">
  • Ideally operating currently as a Transfer Pricing Manager, ideally within a professional services firm.">
  • Technical expertise in Transfer Pricing issues and strong project management skills.">
  • Ability to manage and develop staff.">
