Responsibilities

The Senior Biostatistics Lead will be responsible for the following:

1. Leading multiple projects and programs of studies, providing statistical guidance and support to project teams.

2. Developing and implementing statistical plans and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, statisticians, and programmers, to ensure the successful completion of projects.

4. Mentoring junior staff members and providing training and guidance to ensure the growth and development of the team.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.

6. Contributing to the development of new statistical methods and tools.

7. Making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families around the world.

8. Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.

9. Providing input and reviews, and subsequently following applicable SOPs, WIs, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

10. Maintaining well-organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation.
