About the Role:

The Agile Scrum Master will lead and direct agile project teams to deliver the defined business outcomes. In this role, they will also serve as the process coach within a cross-functional software development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to agile values and principles throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Process Leadership: Lead and guide agile project teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Act as a process coach, helping the team self-organize, raise issues, and remove obstacles.
  • Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to manage and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring the project is organized and progresses effectively.
  • Project Setup and Reporting: Set up the project, monitor its health, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and risks.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks early, highlight them to the team, and help resolve them to keep the project on track.
