Stock Selector

Job Description">

You'll be part of a close-knit team responsible for selecting stock for specific stores and loading it onto pallets ready for collection. We have opportunities in our Chiller and Fresh departments. Our Selectors are key to bringing efficiency and productivity to life, receiving instructions through a headset and paying close attention to details such as store numbers and product quantities.

Our evening shifts usually operate between 3pm and 2am, with typical shifts lasting 7-8 hours. You'll work 5 days over 7, with weekend work and minimum contract hours of 30 rising to an average of 36.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Able to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
