Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Trainer to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering personalized exercise programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of our members.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience during their workouts. This includes monitoring and assisting members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises, instructing clients on the safe and effective use of equipment, and promoting membership sales through partnerships with our member sales team.

In addition to your training responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and tidy facility, adhere to industry standards and certifications, and stay up-to-date on new trends and developments in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., exercise science, kinesiology)
  • 1 year of personal training experience
  • Certified personal trainer from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA)
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
  • Strong knowledge of fitness principles, program design, and client assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
