About This Role

As a Lead Site Building Services Technician, you will play a key role in leading the technical team and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in maintenance engineering or utilities. Previous supervisory experience is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical team and report directly to the Operations Manager.
  • Perform general preventative and corrective maintenance on the building and its fabric.
  • Ensure work orders are completed in line with JLL's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all works.
  • Track and resolve facilities requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop close working relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across all facilities-related services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of facility experience in maintenance, engineering, or utilities.
  • Previous supervisory or foreman experience.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
