Deli Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team in a fast-paced deli environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food, customer service, and teamwork.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality food offerings efficiently, adhering to operational standards and health and safety guidelines.
• Sales Support: Support daily kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and chilled products, maintaining accurate stock management and portion control.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and facilities according to HACCP legislation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, providing a positive experience for every guest.
• Quality Control: Complete assigned deli checks in line with operational standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Availability: Flexibility to work across shifts Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong focus on food hygiene, safety, and quality, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is an advantage but not essential.
