About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Success Expert to join our team at New Relic. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting engineers and development teams in optimizing their software and enhancing the digital landscape through Observability.

You will be responsible for working closely with our engineering team to identify opportunities to accelerate sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating the value proposition of our products and services to potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in technology sales, building sales pipeline through prospecting new customers (experience in SaaS sales preferred).
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize a large number of customer interactions.
  5. Fluency in German.
