About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Executive to join our team and make a real impact on our hotel staff's recruitment and selection processes.

You will oversee all aspects of onboarding and offboarding compliance, championing training and development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Oversee and enhance the recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and support our hotel teams.
  • Training and Development: Champion Training and Development initiatives to drive succession planning and maximize employee potential.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Ability to drive Training and Development initiatives and drive succession planning.
  • Desirable experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
