**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Fullstack Engineer to join our team. As a pivotal force in designing, building, and deploying E2E AI/ML solutions, you will leverage your fullstack expertise to create intuitive user interfaces that bring AI insights to life, while also developing robust backend services and integrations that power our advanced AI models.

You will directly enable the seamless delivery of AI capabilities, translating complex algorithms into tangible business value through user-centric applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the complete lifecycle of AI-powered applications, from frontend user experience design and implementation to backend service development and integration with AI/ML models.
  • Develop robust backend services and APIs that orchestrate AI/ML model training, inference, data pipelines, and monitoring.
  • Create and maintain engaging and functional user interfaces that allow users to interact with and derive insights from AI models and data, enhancing accessibility and usability.
  • Design and implement high-performance APIs for both internal and external consumption, facilitating seamless communication between various components of the AI solution and other systems.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the fullstack, from frontend responsiveness and user experience to backend service efficiency, data processing, and AI model inference.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, championing best practices in fullstack development, software architecture, and the operationalization of AI solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fullstack software development, with a significant focus on building and maintaining complex applications.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience specifically on AI/ML-driven applications or integrating with AI/ML systems.

**Technical Skills:**

  • Extensive experience with backend development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Flask/Django) and designing/implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and their relevant services for compute, storage, databases, and networking.
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of fullstack applications.
  • Familiarity with database technologies.
  • Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and experience operationalizing machine learning models.
