Medical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer inquiries to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements:


  • Full professional fluency in German or Norwegian and English.
  • A curious and analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • A customer-first mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional service even in challenging situations.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
