Senior Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain expert to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing global operations. This individual will combine strategic thinking with innovative approaches to drive sustainable improvements in contractual agreements and logistics concepts.
Key Responsibilities:- Globally define, negotiate, and implement advanced logistics concepts and services for assigned customers, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and operational feasibility while mitigating business risks.
- Define, negotiate, and implement supply chain-related contract content, working closely with Sales and Divisions for assigned customers.
- Manage the global review, negotiation, and implementation of supply chain concepts to ensure alignment with customer expectations and operational feasibility.
- Drive continuous improvement of supply chain concept and services portfolio, enhancing existing standard concepts and introducing new solutions.
- Initiate and implement necessary measures to manage risks in supply chain-related processes.
- Lead projects that promote operational excellence in supply chain management.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, or Contract Management.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills, including presentation and customer interaction.
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams across areas such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), IT, Logistics, and other SMEs.
- Experience and understanding of supply chain concepts and services.
- Excellent analytical skills, a systematic work approach, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Intercultural awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling effective collaboration in a global environment.
