Delivering exceptional food quality and customer service requires a seasoned leader with a passion for cooking. We are seeking a Deli Supervisor to oversee daily deli operations, manage stock levels, and motivate our team to excel.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic role that demands strong leadership and communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a deli or kitchen environment, preferably with supervisory experience.

  • Food Safety Compliance: Ensure all food safety regulations are met and internal policies are adhered to.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support the deli team to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Menu Planning: Assist in developing new meal ideas and introducing seasonal specials.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a deli, kitchen, or food preparation environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and communication skills with a focus on team motivation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop new menu ideas and introduce seasonal specials.
