At Oliver James Associates Ltd., we are keen to speak with strong candidates in the Sustainability Reporting arena who would be interested in moving into a newly created role expanding our operations in Dublin.

The focus of this role will be to aid in the delivery of sustainability reporting to ensure effective communication of business progress against set objectives. This includes both internal and external reporting on sustainability.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Head of Group and Statutory Reporting and will lead the preparation of necessary data for internal and external sustainability reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the business's sustainability reports and external ESG disclosures.
  • Develop and deliver regular progress reports on sustainability performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support audit and assurance processes to ensure meeting of assurance standards for ESG reporting.
  • Support the implementation of plans to ensure continued improvement in sustainability ratings.
  • Build and maintain a strong internal network.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in producing high-quality technical reports to demonstrate alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage and interpret data to inform effective decision-making.
  • Proven project management experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in written, visual, and numeric work.
