About the Position

This position is responsible for leading the financial operations of Teleflex's global supply chain. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement. They will lead a global finance team, providing financial data and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the business.
  • Manage the annual standard cost roll for Teleflex.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and drive the wider strategic goals for GSC.

This position requires strong leadership skills, including motivating and inspiring others, identifying talent, and building teams. The ideal candidate will be able to manage unexpected situations and be comfortable with ambiguity. Travel requirements are up to 35% for this role.
