- Patient Care: The successful candidate will assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
- Labor and Delivery: They will participate in the management of both routine and high-risk pregnancies, assisting in deliveries and managing obstetric emergencies.
- Continuous Professional Development: The Medical Registrar will attend and contribute to departmental meetings, case discussions, and educational sessions to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills in obstetrics and gynaecology.
Requirements:
- Medical Qualifications: MB BCh BAO or equivalent medical degree.
- Registration: Eligible for registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years post-internship experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
