Transportation Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of transportation engineering schemes. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or transportation projects. They must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, team members, and industry peers.

In addition to delivering work within the local office, the role will involve working with other teams in the UK and Ireland, as well as opportunities to work in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a strong health and safety culture by managing safety on projects and conducting reviews of safety practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a Project Manager, including monitoring financial performance and ensuring technical content meets project brief requirements.
  • Support and monitor team skills to ensure they are up to date with current best practice, techniques, and innovation.

A successful track record of involvement in preliminary, detailed design, or construction phases of civil engineering, infrastructure, or transportation projects is required.
