Project Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Worker to join our team. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide intensive support to clients to source and secure accommodation
  • To facilitate access to local services such as healthcare and education
  • To work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years experience of working with vulnerable communities
  • A recognised third-level qualification (minimum level 8) in social care/related field or CORU registered social care worker.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
