This individual will lead a small team of quality control material analysts and support incoming materials in a GMP environment for the QC release of biologic products and incoming materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team in incoming material inspection.
- Plan and assign tasks.
- Oversee material inspection for drug product manufacturing.
- Ensure well-trained, organized, and compliant team.
- Support quality control and continuous improvement.
- Foster effective communication and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Monitor material inspection program and external testing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform physical material inspections.
- Maintain GMP documentation.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a GMP environment, with a strong background in quality documentation and batch release. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.
