Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Security System Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing electronic security systems, including Intruder, Intercom, Access Control and CCTV systems.

This role involves ensuring that installations are completed to an acceptable level, in line with client standards and customer satisfaction. You will work independently to undertake the installation of electronic security systems as scheduled by your Installation Manager.

Liaising with Electrical Contractors and Customers at a local and site level is also a key aspect of this role. Ensuring that installation works are completed on time and complying with Company Health & Safety requirements are essential responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Installation Completion: Ensure installations are completed to an acceptable level, in line with client standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Independent Work: Undertake the installation of electronic security systems as scheduled by your Installation Manager.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with Electrical Contractors and Customers at a local and site level.
  • Timely Completion: Ensure that installation works are completed on time.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Company Health & Safety requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Electronic Security Systems Experience: Experience of Intruder, Intercom, Access Control and CCTV installation.
  • Industry Experience: 3-4 years of experience within the Security industry.
  • Current Standards Knowledge: Excellent understanding of current standards relating to Security Systems.
  • Planning and Organisation: Planning and organisation skills.
  • Clean Driving License: Full clean driving license.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently. They will also be required to be a member of the out-of-hours on-call rota and standby rota when required.
